The journey of fitness can often be very daunting and too often people avoid it through a lack of understanding, misguidance, negative experiences, injury, self-esteem or other personal reasons.

We're in the business of helping people and we want to make sure we can help you the best possible way we know how. Ideally we like to connect over the phone then we invite you in for a free session that that you can see if the 'shoe fits' so to speak. Like all good dating apps it's impossible to know if you're going to match until you meet in person!

We like to map out your past physical history so that we can suggest what options from our training services best suit you. Things we take into consideration are what intensity you'll need, training frequency, personal goals and any medical issues. We can let you know what AMAZING plan we've come-up with for you!

COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION

The complimentary consultation is a great way of building that foundation of trust. We invite you to be as open-minded as possible and share with us so that we can help you in the best way possible. There's a lot to get through in the first session, so we ask that you please arrive on time and in gym attire ready to move. Don't be nervous, as the first session is always our favorite.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Expect to be challenged, to be pushed and to understand at times you may feel uncomfortable. Please know we always want the best for our clients and sometimes that can mean stepping outside your comfort zone!

You can expect to learn, sweat and feel sore, but I can guarantee you will feel better, you will feel a sense of achievement and every sesssion you have you'll be heading in the right direction.

You still need to take responsibility for your training, we expect that you will make it a priority, and while you're in the session give 100% effort. We can't help people who aren't committed to their own personal journey.

We expect you will learn, grow and develop and above all, we expect and DEMAND that you enjoy yourself!! If not in the session, at least when you're leaving.
